Culture is driven by values. In any organization or group, the underlying values of the group will continuously drive what is happening within. It's not simply what the organization sets out to do, but what the group collectively believes, that will determine how the organization behaves and produces. So, leaders must clearly define and communicate the group's values. Godly leaders choose to accept the values of the Holy Bible and work to build them in the organization or group. Ultimately, these values are best prioritized in how the group members relate and respond to each other. Here are ten values that any godly leader could adapt and use to build a thriving, successful, unified community culture:

Romans 12:9,10 - Love and Honor One Another

Let love be without dissimulation. Abhor that which is evil; cleave to that which is good. Be kindly

affectioned one to another with brotherly love; in honour preferring one another;

Romans 15:5 - Be in Harmony With One Another

Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus:

Romans 15:7 - Accept One Another

Wherefore receive ye one another, as Christ also received us to the glory of God.

Romans 15:14 - Admonish One Another

And I myself also am persuaded of you, my brethren, that ye also are full of goodness, filled with all knowledge, able also to admonish one another.

Romans 16:16 - Greet One Another

Greet each other in Christian love. All the churches of Christ send you their greetings. (NLT)

Galatians 5:13 - Serve One Another

For, brethren, ye have been called unto liberty; only use not liberty for an occasion to the flesh, but by love serve one another.

Galatians 6:2 - Bear One Another’s Burdens

Bear ye one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.

Ephesians 4:2 - Bearing With One Another

With all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love;

Ephesians 5:21 - Submit to One Another

Submitting yourselves one to another in the fear of God.

I Thessalonians 5:11 - Encourage and Edify One Another

Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.
