Love and Honor One Another

Be in Harmony With One Another

Now the God of patience and consolation grant you to be likeminded one toward another according to Christ Jesus - Romans 15:5

Bear One Another’s Burdens

Encourage and Edify One Another

Wherefore comfort yourselves together, and edify one another, even as also ye do.

When people are valued more, people will value the organization more.
